As we’ve entered this new year, I am filled thoughts about all the things I’d love to accomplish this year. However instead of jumping right in, I am going to take the next few days to dial that in, sift through multiple opportunities and objectives to identify what really needs to be focused on this year. Once that happens, the plan is to slam on the gas.
Consistency and momentum are the secret weapons of successful business owners and high performance individuals. While I’ve come to understand this, I think really dialing it in and staying the course a single set of goals is the real opportunity. It’s the day-to-day commitment to consistency and the accumulation of small wins that truly propel me and you to reach our year end goals. All gas and no breaks.
